SPE Civil is a fast-growing affordable resource for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities in the Sydney Area.

We specialise in drainage and fire services however we have the capacity and licenses to take on any plumbing works.

We have a full inventory of plant/equipment and a talented team that is consistently growing. Our commitment to quality has helped us acquire several civil contracts as well as an ISO 9001 accreditation. This accreditation allows SPE Civil to function as a helpful partner to many builders and developers in the area.

Drainage and civil plumbing

Our company specialises in providing drainage services at affordable prices to clients. Not only can we provide our clients with information relating to materials required for a project, we can also complete the project in a timely manner.

As a small, agile but knowledgeable team, SPE Civil will be able to meet your requirements.

Fire Services

SPE Civil is fully qualified to install fire services and has experience in fire installation projects. SPE has experience in running new fire services including repairing existing fire services and installing fire system items such as fire hose reels.

SPE is happy to work as a sub-contractor to perform the installation stage of any project and encourages any fire safety contractors to contact SPE Civil with any future work in relation to fire services.

We also encourage any developers to contact us directly in relation to fire installations, we ensure you than SPE Civil will be an affordable service that will meet all your requirements please just inquire.

The full package

While our preference is drainage services, SPE Civil has the drive and capability to perform work on all areas of plumbing. Including:

  • Residential hydraulic projects – new water/gas connections, stormwater easements, repair/maintenance.
  • Projects outside the boundary – requiring road openings and traffic control.
  • Commercial projects – larger plumbing services in a commercial market.
  • As well as any gas, stormwater, sewer, water, fire installations.
